It's Friday night and the market opens at 8. You've got 24 tumbler wraps to print, a row of logo stickers, and an 18" x 24" welcome sign for the front of your booth. One problem: the sign is 18 inches wide, and your gang sheet is 16.5. So the sign gets shrunk to fit. Every 9-inch wrap sits alone in its row with 7½ inches of empty film beside it. And you pay for every inch of that sheet.
Not anymore! FOREVERFILM™ UV DTF gang sheets are now 23" wide, up from 16.5". Whether you're decorating for your own big day or stocking your next drop, you get more designs on every sheet and room for pieces that never fit before. Same peel-and-stick UV DTF you know, with no heat press and no equipment needed. Just a whole lot more room to work with.
More Room, More Money
6.5 extra inches doesn't sound like much until you do the math. Every foot of a 23" sheet gives you 276 square inches of print space. The old 16.5" sheet gave you 198. That's about 39% more room per foot!
Here's what that looks like across a single row:

| What you're printing | Per row at 16.5" | Per row at 23" |
|---|---|---|
| 2" stickers | 6 | 9 |
| 3" stickers or logo decals | 4 | 6 |
| 4" stickers | 3 | 5 |
| 5" stickers | 3 | 4 |
| ~9"-wide tumbler wraps | 1 | 2 |
| 18" x 24" sign | Doesn't fit | Fits! |
Assumes about ½" of space between designs.
Tumbler sellers, this one's for you. Most 20 oz skinny wraps run about 9" wide, so on a 16.5" sheet every wrap sat alone in its row. At 23", two wraps fit side by side. That's double the wraps on the same length of sheet. Priced for profit, now with room to prove it!
Brand Any Clean Hard Surface, Now Bigger!
FOREVERFILM™ UV DTF bonds to any clean hard surface: glass, acrylic, metal, wood, sealed surfaces and more. At 16.5", UV DTF mostly meant stickers, cup wraps and small decals. At 23", you're in the sign business. Here are 8 big ideas to peel, stick and sell.
1. 18" x 24" event signs

Welcome signs, seating charts, baby shower boards and graduation displays are often made at 18" x 24". That size couldn't fit on a 16.5" sheet in either direction. Now it fits with room to spare! Stick it on clear acrylic for a high-end look, or on foam board for a budget-friendly pop-out.
Who's buying: brides, party planners, schools, and every graduate's proud mom.
2. Glass doors, windows and display cases

Store hours, logos, "Now Open" messages and seasonal promos look sharp on glass. A full-width door graphic or a wide logo across a display case is now one clean piece with no seams.
Who's buying: every local business on your block. Local print shops, this is an easy upsell!
3. A-frame and sidewalk signs

A standard sandwich-board panel is 24" wide, so one 23" graphic can cover nearly the whole face. Like a cleaner look? Do what the sign above does: lettering, a latte and a few coffee beans as separate pieces, with plenty of bare board around them, all printed on the same sheet. Coffee shops, food trucks and boutiques can refresh their sign without buying a new one.
Who's buying: cafés, salons, food trucks and anyone who wants foot traffic.
4. Cornhole boards

Regulation boards are 24" wide, so a 23" sheet gives you room for art that runs almost edge to edge. Or keep it classic like the set above: a family name and a small sunset logo, with the natural wood showing through. Both boards' designs print on one sheet. Think family names, team colors, wedding monograms or brewery branding. Just peel, stick and play, with no paint and no stencils!
Who's buying: tailgaters, wedding parties, breweries and backyard champions.
5. Menu boards and retail displays
Wood, acrylic and metal menu boards, shelf signs, counter displays and price boards are wide by nature. Print once and update them whenever the menu changes.
Who's buying: restaurants, bakeries and boutiques.
6. Coolers, toolboxes and big gear

Brand the whole lid of a hard-sided cooler, a rolling toolbox or an equipment case. The big, flat surfaces that used to need two decals now take one.
Who's buying: fishing crews, contractors, teams and anyone who likes their gear to stand out.
7. Trade-show and pop-up branding
Branded acrylic table signs, backdrop panels and podium fronts for vendor markets and conferences, all on the same sheet as your giveaway stickers.
Who's buying: brand owners, vendors and small businesses on the road.
8. More stickers and wraps per sheet

Not everything has to be big! If you sell stickers, logo decals or cup wraps, the extra width means 33% to 67% more per row. Fill a sheet with stock for your next drop and order fewer sheets to do it.
Who's buying: your customers, by the handful.
Peel & Sell Like a Pro: Tips for Big Pieces

Big transfers need a little more care than a 3" sticker. Here's how to nail it:
- Prep the surface. Wipe it down with isopropyl alcohol and let it dry completely. Dust and oils are the #1 reason big decals lift.
- Use the hinge method. Tape the transfer along one edge, peel back the backing a section at a time, and squeegee from the center out as you go.
- Go slow with firm pressure. Rub over the whole design before you peel the top film, then peel it back low and slow at a sharp angle.
- Store sheets cool and flat. Keep rolled UV DTF sheets out of hot cars and direct sun until you're ready to apply them.
Heads Up, Pros: Update Your Upload Files!
If you build gang sheets in your own software, set your artboard to 23" wide before you upload. Files set up for the old 16.5" sheet won't match the new size. Update your template once and you're good to go!
- Width: 23"
- Resolution: at least 300 DPI, which is 6,900 pixels wide at 23"
- Files: print-ready PNG with a transparent background, PDF, PSD, AI or EPS
Rather skip the setup? Our gang sheet builder lays it all out for you.
