In instances where there may be a concern with the order that qualifies for compensation, as determined by our customer service team, we will provide a store gift card for the full value of your purchase. File Quality: Our print quality is dependent on the quality of the file you provide. We do not enhance or modify your designs. Issues resulting from low-resolution or poor-quality files submitted will not be eligible for compensation.
