At Quick Transfers, we pride ourselves on fast and reliable shipping so your orders arrive on time. Please review our shipping terms below.
Processing Times

Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) will generally ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends/holidays, will be processed the next business day.

Same Day Guarantee: If you purchase our optional Same Day Guarantee at checkout, your order will be prioritized for same-day shipping.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely. Available shipping options will be displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed.
Please note: once an order has left our facility, we cannot control carrier delays due to weather, peak season surges, or other unforeseen issues.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your package in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@quicktransfers.com with photos of the packaging and product.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please check with neighbors, your local carrier, or your building management before contacting us.

Quick Transfers is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we will do our best to assist in filing a claim or arranging a reprint.
International Shipping
We currently offer shipping within the United States and select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
