We work super Quick! If for some reason you need a change to an order, you must immediately email orders@quicktransfers.com with your change(s). If for some reason we have already printed your custom product before the change request was made, you are still responsbile for the purchase of that product. We are really easy going though! If you need something else printed, 99% of the time, you can reach out and we will make a special deal for what you need changed or printed differently. We get it... mistakes happen!

All you need is a press or iron that can get to 325 degrees for 15 seconds and that applies medium firm pressure. Don't forget to double press after you cold peel for the absolute best feeling results!

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. Shop Pay is also an option allowing you to pay your total in payments. Please note that the available payment methods may change depending on your region. We do not accept cash on delivery.

We currently do not offer cash on delivery when you purchase online.

Due to the nature of this product and how each and every product is a custom printed product, we DO NOT offer returns. If something on your print doesn't look correct, we will work it out through email via orders@quicktransfers.com. We will offer a re-print. If for any reason your product needs to be returned or you feel that a refund is due to you, you must return the product to us before a refund is issued.

If your order says delivered and you did not receive your order, please check the shipping address you entered. All addresses are verified through Shopify at checkout. If you didn't receive your order, please email your order number and a screen shot of the tracking information to orders@quicktransfers.com and we will file a claim with UPS for the missing package. We can re-print and re-ship your order for you as soon as we hear from you to avoid any delays to you making money!

Our DTF transfers have been tested through abrasion tests and wash cycles for up to 75 washes without fading, peeling or degredation! The season of DTF is upon us!

We PREFER vector artwork such as AI or PDF. But we can accept PNG with a transparent background and at least 300 DPI. If you need graphic design or artwork help services, please checkout the graphic design or artwork help page for info! We will not print without a warning or email to you about your artwork issues.

Your transfers will arrive in a small box or large tube depending on your order size. Every order will come with pressing paper as well as pressing instructions to make for a seamless process.

1. Place the design on the garment while it's on the film and cover with a sheet of parchment paper or teflon sheet.
2. Press for 325 degress F for 15 seconds.
3. Allow to cool for 30-45 seconds or until cool to the touch.
4. Peel film off.
5. Recover with parchment paper or teflon sheets and press again at 325 for 10 seconds.
6. Retrieve and fold beautiful garment with colorful transfer!
